What is Industry 4.0?

Industry 4.0, also referred to as IIoT, marries physical production and operations with  digital technology, to create “smart” interconnected machines and systems.
Industry 4.0 is focused on creating intelligent Products, Processes and Procedures.

IoT as applied to Hydraulic Machines :

We undertake new and retrofit projects for Hydraulic Power Packs, Presses, SPMs for conversion in to “SMART” machines.

Our Web based application “HYDROMON” creates a IoT based ecosystem to manifest the essence of Industry 4.0 for Hydraulic Power Units / Machines. This is achieved by :

  • Using sensors to monitor parameters like pressure, oil temp, motor power, running hours etc.
  • Creation of a maintenance schedule by keeping track of all the monitored parameters.
  • Recording of the Maintenance History to facilitate predictive maintenance practices.
  • Push notification in case of machine malfunction as per reset range of parameters.
  • The “HYDROMON” application is desktop based and is flexible and scalable to take care of differing requirements and counts of machines.
